We are delighted to officially announce the launch of the new trading platform - CMSHK Financial Platform (Mobile App & Web page), which supports Hong Kong, A shares, B shares markets starting from March 18, 2019 and the U.S. stock trading platform will also be launched on May 03, 2019.

中華通北向交易投資者識別碼模式
香港交易所就滬深港三地交易所股票市場互聯互通計劃（滬深港通）的北向交易推出投資者識別碼模式（北向交易投資者識別碼模式）。該識別碼模式將於2018年9月26日（星期三）推出。
為了使我們能夠在北向投資者身份識別制度實施後為閣下提供中華通北向證券交易服務，閣下必須簽署及交回一份有效的有關中華通北向訂單的個人資料收集聲明(“收集聲明”)。有關中華通北向訂單的個人資料“收集聲明”可直接從我們的網址下載。

China Stock Connect Northbound Investor ID Model
HKEX announced the launch of the investor identification model for Northbound trading (Northbound Investor ID Model) through its Mutual Market Access programme with the exchanges in Shanghai and Shenzhen (Stock Connect). The model will be launched on 26 September 2018 (Wednesday).
In order to enable us to provide you with Northbound Securities Trading Services under the China Stock Connect after the implementation of Northbound Investor ID Model, you are required to provide us with a valid Personal Information Collection Statement (“PIC Statement”) concerning China Stock Connect Northbound orders. You may directly download the “PIC Statement” from our website for completion.

雙重驗證措施實行

For better online trading security and client protection, Two-Factor Authentication (“2FA”) will be required to access our online trading services. Starting from the end of April 2018, China Merchants Securities (HK) Co., Limited (“CMSHK”) will launch our two-factor authentication requirement in phases. Please monitor your email inbox as a separate notification will be sent to our selective clients for the arrangement. Please note that without the password token or SMS one-time password, you will not be able to access our online trading services. Announcement of the Launching of “Login Alert via SMS” Services
To enhance the security level of internet trading and protect the valuable assets for our customers (“you”), we are pleased to announce the launch of “Login Alert via SMS message” service.
Effective 12 June 2017, you will receive a SMS message notifying you for the first time of the day when a successful login to your trading account from the internet/mobile device is detected.
In case you have received such SMS message notifying you of the successful login which is not operated by yourself, please do not hesitate and contact us immediately.

為了加強客戶的資金保障，現有客户於中國工商銀行（亞洲）的專用子賬戶的賬戶名稱自2018年7月16日起將更改如下：
現有專用子賬戶名稱：客戶英文名稱
新專用子賬戶名稱： China Merchants Securities — 客戶英文名稱
中國工商銀行（亞洲）專用子賬戶的賬戶號碼及服務條款將維持不變。如客户在生效日期後仍使用現有專用子賬戶名稱，則將不可成功轉賬存款。如有任何有關本通知的查詢，請與客戶經理或致電 (852)3189 6368 與客戶服務部聯繫。
Change of account name of the designated sub-account in ICBC (Asia)
To enhance client money protections, effective from 16 July 2018, the account name of client's designated sub-account in ICBC (Asia) will be changed as below.
Existing Designated Sub-account Name: Customer's English Name
New Designated Sub-account Name: China Merchants Securities - Customer's English Name
The account number of the designated sub-account in ICBC (Asia) and terms of services will remain unchanged. Fund deposit will not be transferred successfully if client is still using the existing designated sub-account name after the effective date.
